Regular Season Round 8: Tygri Brno - Pelhrimov 81-96

U19 League top team - Pelhrimov (7-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat twelfth ranked Tygri Brno (0-7) 96-81. Worth to mention a quality performance of Kristijonas Strackaitis who helped to win the game recording 33 points (!!!) and Eduards Abele who added 26 points, 6 assists and 5 steals during the contest. Four Pelhrimov players scored in double figures. Jakub Sevcik responded with 36 points (!!!) and Adam Svec scored 9 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Pelhrimov have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 7-1 record, which they share with Pardubice. Tygri Brno at the other side still closes the standings with seven games lost. Pelhrimov will play against Sokol Prazsky (#5) in Praha in the next round. Tygri Brno will play on the road against Opava (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
